A New Theme Park Event Howl O Scream Is Set To Rival Universals Horror Nights

Howl-0-Scream Halloween Event

Believe it or not, the Halloween season is huge when it comes to profits for theme parks. The Six Flags parks have their own events, as well as Cedar Point. But the most talked-about ones have to be Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and Disney’s Mickeys Not-So-Scary event. So it’s no surprise that other theme parks are trying to cash in during Halloween. However, this is the last theme park you would think would have a Halloween event. SeaWorld Entertainment announced they will have Howl-O-Scream. The event they’ve had at Busch Gardens for some years, they will now have it at Sea World Orlando.

The Halloween event will run for 27 nights from mid-September to the end of October. They will have various haunted houses, Halloween-themed shows and a lot more going on. The best part of the whole thing is the cost. Sea World is offering this event at a fraction of the price that Disney and Universal Studios are charging. The event also lasts a couple of hours longer than its competitors. If that’s not incentive enough to check it out this year, I don’t know what is.

Halloween Theme Park Event

From everything we’ve heard and seen, this event looks like the real deal. The best part for us is the price, not taking anything away from Universal and Disney, but if I had to make a choice, I would go with the cheapest of the 3. If you’ve ever been to Horror Nights, you know it’s an awesome event. This year it looks like Halloween will be making a full comeback.
