If you’re a Jason Vorhees fan and love the original Friday The 13th and have always wanted to visit the REAL Camp Crystal lake, well now is your chance. New Jersey’s camp No-Be-Bo-Sco which is the real location for the movie is going to open up their camp to the public for tours.

Now before you get all excited and start making plans, you have to enter a random lottery system in order to get tickets. In the past they sold out in as little as 8 seconds, yes 8 seconds. All you have to do is sign up with your email for a chance at the tour.

They will send you an email to notify you if you’re one of the lucky ones who gets tickets. They will also notify you through email when the date is. In the past they had people show up who didn’t have tickets and it created a pretty big mess.

The guided tours will take you through a 1 mile walk that will showcase all of the iconic scene from the movie. You’ll have time to take pictures and even explore the location. The camp does ask that if you’re picked that you don’t come dressed in a costume. The location is a scout camp and I don’t think they want any of the kids being scared to the point they don’t ever want to return.
