Most of us have probably wondered why Hocus Pocus 2 was never made? Well there are a ton of reasons but one very good reason is that the movie really didn’t do all that well when it first came out.
Let’s just say it wasn’t the cult classic that it is today, but how did it it get to where it is and why no sequel? Once again you’re talking about a lot planning, casting, work, and of course money. From a fans point of view you would want another one, but from a money aspect would it have done good back then?
Who knows…
But now it would be an amazing hit, well that is if the original cast were to be in the movie. Speaking of that, back in 2016 during an interview with Sarah Jessica Parker, she noted that she and the others would be interested in doing another movie.
But what has come out of that? Well let’s just say there still are rumors about another possible movie. But if they DID remake or make another one, would it include the original cast, or would they go left field like other remakes?
