Lume Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit

The Indianapolis Museum of Art at Newfields is excited about opening their new Van Gogh exhibit. The exhibit pays tribute to one of the most influential painters of all time, Vincent Van Gogh. The event which is called “Lume” brings the artwork to life in a way that you would have never thought was possible. It’s a multisensory experience like no other created by the Australian based company, Grande Experiences. This isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this. They debuted an event in Paris, France in 2019, and also had a drive-thru experience show in Toronto earlier this year.

The is nothing like the museum has ever seen before in its 137-year history. The exhibit will take over 30,000 square feet of the museum’s 4th floor. There are 150 state of the art projectors brilliantly illustrating the master painters work in ways you would have never thought were possible. The experience will leave you wondering if you’re actually in a painting or not. You’ll get to peek inside the mind of Vincent Van Gogh and see his work in a way most have never seen.
