The Haunted Doll That Moves
Some years back a man by the name of Gregor Stewart bought a ventriloquist doll from a dealer in California. The dealer wanted to get rid of the doll as soon as possible and for a very good reason. Apparently the doll moves even without the help of a person. The dolls mouth moves by itself and seems to have a mind of its own.
The doll which Gregor Stewart named Uncle Herb is a sight to see. The creepiest part of the doll is the mechanism that opens and closes the dolls mouth is broken. So there isn’t any way the dolls mouth should be able to open and close by itself.
Gregor stated the following:
“When we first got him, we were putting him in a case on his own for a while to give him time to settle and that is when his mouth first opened.
And by the time we went to get him back out of the case he had closed his mouth. So I think that when he closes his mouth, it means that he is happy and settled down again.

The dolls owner also said they spoke to the spirit that resides within the doll through a medium. The doll told them its name and that it was upset it was forgotten. The owner now knows when the doll is upset it will open its mouth, but when it’s ok it closes it. This isn’t the first doll of this kind. There are some pretty interesting and downright creepy videos of a ventriloquist doll doing some terrifying things. The Haunted Ventriloquist Doll
The previous owner stated that he had to get rid of the doll because of all the creepy happenings surrounding it. The owner would hear footsteps coming from the room the doll was in. Sometimes he would hear voices and whispers. He eventually ended up moving the doll to the garage but continued to hear odd things coming from the garage. That was when he decided he had enough and wanted to sell it. He wanted to make sure the was sold and sent away as far as possible.
