The Addams Family “Wednesday” Series

If you’re a fan of “The Addams Family,” you’re in for a treat. Christina Ricci the actress who played Wednesday Addams in the iconic 90’s franchise is coming back to the series in a new Netflix series “Wednesday”. It’s not clear what role she will have in the series, as of right now it’s a mystery role but fans are excited. What is clear is that Ricci won’t be playing an older version of herself in the show, but details on what exactly it is she will be doing are being kept under wraps. It would be cool to see her reprise her same role as she did in the past. But it will be interesting to see where they take this and what role she plays.

The Wednesday series will be in eight-episode stars Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams. The series will be a supernatural creepy vibe and follows her as a student at the Nevermore Academy. In the series, Wednesday will try to master her supernatural abilities and help to stop a killing spree that has terrorized the town for over 25 years. Catherine Zeta-Jones will play Morticia Addams and Luis Guzman will play Gomez Addams in the series.

The addition of Christina Ricci will surely add more excitement and mystery to the show. Hopefully, the show will live up to its hype and spiral off into other series. Check out some of Christina Ricci’s best lines in her iconic role as Wednesday Adams and let us know what you think.

The Wednesday Television Series

The synopsis of the show sounds rather interesting but a bit confusing. I don’t know what angle they will initially take, but it sounds like there’s going to be some “Stranger Things” type of vibe going on with the show. Hopefully the show will be good and create a buzz enough that will translate into a movie or other shows. What are your thoughts? Do you think it will be good? Let us know what you think.
